To be very honest, you have no raid experience or the required gear level.
Your glyphs are so wrong and you need a re-spec. (I will help you out with this after we have a chat)
But you are in luck because we lost two of our Paladin tanks and I need a replacement.
I can give you a trial to test skills/reactions/awareness out in a few lowbie raids.
But you will have to have full ilvl 232++ before 30th December. Epic Gems in every slot and the best tank enchants. Since you lack the HP, I would suggest you go full +30 Stam gems until you're 36k HP unbuffed.
